Aaron
Lab Technician
Hi everyone, I’m Aaron, I was raised in Seneca Falls and still reside there with my girlfriend, Chrissy. I’m a pretty quiet guy, and you’ll most likely find me home watching sports. I have been a dental technician for 23 years, all of them spent working for the same family run company. Starting there before I graduated from high school in 2000, it naturally became a career for me. For 15 of those years I did bench production, creating crowns and bridges for several dentists in the finger lakes area. In these years I’ve been trained and have specialized in PTC simplifying posterior dental anatomy, anterior and posterior porcelain application, contouring anterior bridges as well as posterior. In the last 8 years I have also taken over the role as a quality control and supervisory. I take great pride over my product and I’m excited to get the chance to not only build, but design it as well. I prefer the small team atmosphere, and I look forward to finding my place here at FLDC. And as always, GO BILLS.

Frances
Lab Technician
Frances has been part of the dental industry for over 30 years, bringing a wide range of experience in production, quality control, and customer service management. What has kept her passionate throughout the years is the artistic detail involved in dental work—especially anterior cases and custom shades and stains. She takes great pride in creating work that helps people feel confident about their smiles.
Frances has always sought out workplaces where respect, collaboration, and creativity are valued. She found exactly that at Finger Lakes Dental Lab, where she’s thrilled to be part of Jason’s talented and supportive team.
With a degree in graphic arts, creativity is second nature to Frances. Outside the lab, she enjoys spending time with her husband Eric and their sweet dog Foster Jones on Cayuga Lake. She also loves cooking, making jewelry from recycled tins, crafting felted soaps, and selling antiques and vintage treasures at the local Mercantile.
After decades in the field, Frances still finds her work deeply rewarding and continues to embrace every new creative challenge that comes her way.

Jess
Lab Technician
Jess joined Finger Lakes Dental Care in February of 2022, taking over as our Dental Lab Manager. Jess has been in the dentistry field since 2014, when she started as a patient service representative and then transitioned to lab work two years later. She's passionate about teeth and helping patients find their smiles again, and she looks forward to changing lives here in her hometown community. Jess was born and raised in Canandaigua and only left for her time in college at the Art Institute of Pittsburgh, where she studied Graphic Design. Jess has one son and currently resides in the town of Middlesex, just a stone's throw from Canandaigua Lake. When she's not at work and busy being a mom, Jess enjoys swimming, graphic design, crafting, concerts, and exploring the Finger Lakes.
