Jess joined Finger Lakes Dental Care in February of 2022, taking over as our Dental Lab Manager. Jess has been in the dentistry field since 2014, when she started as a patient service representative and then transitioned to lab work two years later. Jess was born and raised in Canandaigua and only left for her time in college at the Art Institute of Pittsburgh, where she studied Graphic Design. Jess has one son and currently resides in the town of Middlesex, just a stone's throw from Canandaigua Lake. Lindsay Stevens

Lab Technician

Lindsay graduated from the Art Institute of Pittsburgh in 2006 with a BS in Interior Design. She started working at Finger Lakes Dental Care in November 2020. She comes to us with six years of dental experience having been a dental assistant for a traditional practice, as well as a traveling dental program that visited schools. Lindsay's favorite part of being a dental lab technical assistant is being part of the solution in fulfilling a patient's needs whether that's running cases to different offices, adjusting appliances until they're perfect, or building something from scratch.

Lindsay and her husband Seth have a boston-terrier-pug, Gustav (Gus for short). Outside of work, Lindsay enjoys going to pop culture conventions and has gone to New York Comic Con multiple times. She enjoys making costumes and props for cosplay using various material from fabric to foam to pvc pipe and floor mats. She enjoys reading, painting, drawing, watching HGTV, and playing the piano.

Aaron Dellefave

Lab Technician

Hi everyone, I’m Aaron, I was raised in Seneca Falls and still reside there with my girlfriend, Chrissy. I’m a pretty quiet guy, and you’ll most likely find me home watching sports. I have been a dental technician for 23 years, all of them spent working for the same family run company. Starting there before I graduated from high school in 2000, it naturally became a career for me. For 15 of those years I did bench production, creating crowns and bridges for several dentists in the finger lakes area. In these years I’ve been trained and have specialized in PTC simplifying posterior dental anatomy, anterior and posterior porcelain application, contouring anterior bridges as well as posterior. In the last 8 years I have also taken over the role as a quality control and supervisory. I take great pride over my product and I’m excited to get the chance to not only build, but design it as well. I prefer the small team atmosphere, and I look forward to finding my place here at FLDC. And as always, GO BILLS.
