Dr. Ulfy Shafiq
DMD
Dr. Ulfy enjoys all aspects of general dentistry and is committed to providing high-quality dental care. She attended Nazareth College before earning her Doctorate in Dental Medicine from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine and completed her residency at Rochester Regional Hospital. She is an active member of the American Dental Association (ADA), the New York State Dental Association (NYSDA), and the Seventh District Dental Society.
Dr. Ann Calamel
DDS
Dr. Ann Calamel provides comprehensive family dental care with a focus on advanced techniques and lifelong learning. She graduated from Miami University in Ohio, received her dental degree from the University at Buffalo, and completed her General Dentistry Residency at Millard Fillmore Hospital before pursuing extensive continuing education through the Dawson Center for Advanced Dental Study.
Marcia
Office Manager
Marcia brings extensive management experience to our team, with a strong focus on creating an exceptional patient experience. She holds an Associate’s degree in Business Management and is known for her compassionate, approachable nature.
In her personal life, Marcia enjoys spending time outdoors, spending quality time with her husband Chris, and her children, Samantha, Megan (who also works at Finger Lakes Dental), and Hunter. She also cherishes her German Shepard, Axel and finds great relaxation at her cabin in the Adirondacks. Most of all, she is a HUGE Buffalo Bills fan! Go Bills!
Lottie
Registered Dental Hygienist
With over 20 years of experience in dental hygiene, Lottie is a valued member of the Finger Lakes Dental Care team. Known for her gentle touch and positive attitude, she is dedicated to making each dental appointment as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Lottie’s friendly, jovial spirit and passion for patient care have earned her a loyal following of patients who look forward to their visits. A true "dental nerd" at heart, Lottie is excited to help you achieve and maintain optimal oral health with a smile.
Jamie
Registered Dental Hygienist
Jamie is a valued member of the Finger Lakes Dental team, bringing a strong background in dental assisting and dental hygiene. She earned her Certificate in Dental Assisting from Monroe Community College and later completed her A.A.S. in Dental Hygiene. She is also licensed to administer local anesthesia and nitrous oxide. Jamie has a passion for dental hygiene and takes pride in helping patients improve their oral health while building confidence through education and care.
Outside the office, she enjoys gardening, paddling, and stand-up comedy.
Brent
Dental Assistant
Brent brings a unique blend of precision, care, and teamwork to the dental office, drawing on the work ethic he built in his previous career in construction. Dedicated to patient comfort and excellent service, he ensures every visit feels welcoming and stress-free.
Outside of work, Brent is an avid sports fan and traveler, often planning trips to cheer on his favorite teams. He enjoys cooking, staying active, and spending time with his Golden Retriever, Duff.
Jenn
Treatment Coordinator
Jenn brings extensive experience in the dental field and is a familiar, friendly face to many of our patients. She truly enjoys building lasting relationships and helping patients feel comfortable and confident in their care.
Outside the office, Jenn stays busy with her family. She and her husband have three children—two sons and a daughter—and she loves being a dedicated sports mom, supporting travel baseball and competitive cheer. In her free time, Jenn enjoys soaking up the sunshine and spending relaxing days at the cottage.
