New Patient Resources

Accepting New Patients!

Welcome to Finger Lakes Dental! We are currently accepting new patients at each of our five New York Locations—Canandaigua, Henrietta, Naples, Palmyra, and Victor. If you’re ready for a check-up, we’re ready to schedule your visit! Your first dental appointment at our office will include a professional exam and x-ray, answering your questions and helping you in any way we can. If you have any oral health goals, we can go over those too!  Give your oral health the attention that it needs by letting our team care for your smile.

Contact any of our locations for your new patient appointment or schedule your appointment online. After you’ve made your appointment you can fill out your new patient forms online, prior to your appointment, by clicking ‘Fill Out New Patient Forms’ below.

Your First Visit at Finger Lakes Dental

On your first visit, we take the time to properly diagnose any immediate dental concerns, review your past medical and dental history, and create a treatment plan for your optimal oral health. Additionally, your first appointment includes an exam and review of your treatment options. At Finger Lakes Dental, we focus on providing quality dental care, excellent customer service, and a relaxing environment to maintain a lasting patient relationship. We consider your first visit the start of a long-term relationship with you. You can schedule your first appointment with us, using the link below!

On your first visit, please bring the following information:

  • Completed new patient forms.
  • Any x-rays taken by a previous dentist. X-rays can also be forwarded to our office from your previous dentist upon your request.
  • A valid form of ID.
  • A list of medications you are currently taking.
  • A list of any current medical concerns or conditions, including past surgeries.
  • Dental insurance card, if you are covered and paying through insurance.

Insurance and Financing

We believe quality dental care should be affordable and accessible to everyone. Because oral health is so important, we do everything we can to remove financial barriers and help the greatest number of patients possible. We accept most insurance providers and third-party payment alternatives for those without insurance.
