Cally

Office Manager

Cally is the office manager at Finger Lakes Dental Care of Palmyra and has been part of the dental field since 2012. She holds an associate degree in Liberal Arts from Monroe Community College and a bachelor’s degree in Sociology, with a minor in Psychology, from SUNY Geneseo. Cally is certified in CPR and has completed the Dale Carnegie leadership course. Outside of work, she enjoys watching movies, spending time with her family, and reading. Her favorite bookstore is The Dog Eared Book in Palmyra.

Kelsey

Registered Dental Hygienist

Kelsey is a registered dental hygienist at Finger Lakes Dental Care, having joined the team after graduating from the Dental Hygiene Program at Monroe Community College in 2019. In addition to her dental hygiene degree, she holds degrees in Liberal Arts and Business. Kelsey enjoys all aspects of dental hygiene, with a special passion for helping patients achieve healthy, confident smiles. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, kayaking, and horseback riding.

Angel

Registered Dental Assistant

Angel is a registered dental assistant who joined Finger Lakes Dental Care in June 2020. She graduated from Monroe Community College's dental assisting program in 2010 and brings over a decade of experience to the team, including nine years of chairside assisting and a year of front desk experience. Angel is CPR/AED certified and is passionate about patient care, enjoying the variety of procedures she can assist with as part of the dental team. She is committed to continuing her education to ensure the highest quality of care for her patients and strives to make each visit pleasant and comfortable. Outside of work, Angel enjoys outdoor activities like fishing, hiking, and exploring new places. She also loves attending local sporting events such as football, wrestling, and lacrosse.

Jenn

Dental Assistant

Jenn joined the Finger Lakes Dental Care team in March 2021, bringing a fresh perspective to the dental field with a background in education. She holds a bachelor’s degree in early childhood education and spent a decade as a preschool teacher before transitioning to dental care. Jenn is CPR certified and uses her experience working with young children to help create a comfortable environment for younger patients. In her free time, Jenn enjoys outdoor activities, playing piano, and spending time with family and dogs.

Kari

Clinical Director of Dental Assistants

Kari, our Clinical Director of Dental Assistants, joined Finger Lakes Dental Care in 2017 with over a decade of experience in the dental field. She began her career as a sterilization tech while attending Monroe Community College and quickly advanced to cover all aspects of clinical dental assisting. Kari holds ACLS/BLS certifications, a DANB certification, and is a licensed dental assistant in New York State. She continues to pursue her education, focusing on oral surgery and the latest dental technology. In addition to her role at Finger Lakes Dental Care, Kari is also an instructor at Dental Lighthouse Assisting Institute, where she helps train the next generation of dental assistants.

Kari is passionate about providing top-notch care to her patients and staying current with advancements in dentistry. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time at her family cottage in Canada, fishing, and being outdoors. Kari is also a proud mother of two sons, Lincoln and Cameron.

Juhi

Registered Dental Hygienist

Juhi has been working in the dental field since 2017 and earned her Associate Degree in Dental Hygiene from Monroe Community College. She is currently advancing her education by pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Dental Hygiene, with the goal of deepening her knowledge and enhancing her clinical skills. Juhi is certified in administering local anesthesia and nitrous oxide and is dedicated to creating a comfortable, caring experience for every patient. Passionate about oral health, she finds great fulfillment in helping others achieve and maintain healthy, confident smiles.

Laura

Registered Dental Hygienist

With over 25 years of clinical experience, Laura brings compassionate care to patients of all ages—from pediatrics to the elderly. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Dental Hygiene and Public Health from Pennsylvania College and a Master’s in Healthcare Administration from RIT.

Laura is passionate about creating a judgment-free, relaxed environment where patients feel safe and supported. She has a special interest in caring for individuals with Parkinson’s disease and dementia, and she enjoys building meaningful connections with each patient. With her wide range of experience, Laura hopes to inspire a sense of whole-body wellness at every visit.

Outside the office, Laura enjoys gardening, hiking, and cooking.

Kaylee

Dental Assistant

Kaylee joined Finger Lakes Dental Care in November 2021 as greetings coordinator and is now a dental assistant. She has a background in healthcare and holds an associate degree in liberal arts from Monroe Community College, along with CPR certification. Kaylee grew up in the Macedon area, where she still lives with her husband and two children. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, camping, and playing softball.

Sara

Patient Advocate

Sara is a Palmyra native and graduated from the Palmyra-Macedon Central School District. She holds a degree in Business Administration from Finger Lakes Community College. Outside of work, Sara enjoys spending time with her fiancé, Marcus, her two dogs, and her four cats. She has a passion for reading, hiking, and all things tech!

Skylar

Registered Dental Hygienist

Skylar is a registered dental hygienist with a background in both clinical care and academic study. She earned her degree in dental hygiene from Monroe Community College and also holds a bachelor’s degree in biology. Before becoming a hygienist, Skylar gained valuable experience working as a dental assistant. She is committed to providing every patient with high-quality, personalized care in a comfortable environment. Outside of the office, Skylar enjoys reading, attending concerts, and cheering on her favorite sports teams with her husband, Isaiah.

Ashly

Treatment Coordinator

Ashly brings over 10 years of experience in social work to our dental team, along with a strong passion for helping people feel comfortable, supported, and well cared for. Her background has equipped her with excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of patient needs, making her a compassionate and reliable presence in our practice.

She truly enjoys connecting with patients and ensuring they have a positive experience from the moment they walk through our doors. In her free time, Ashly loves spending time with her family and caring for animals — two of her greatest joys outside of work.

With her warm personality and dedication to patient care, Ashly helps create the welcoming and supportive environment our office is known for.
