Meet Dr. Cate Telehany

The Professional Side
Dr. Cate was raised in a military family in Upstate NY. She received her BS in Biology with a minor in Chemistry from SUNY College at Oneonta. Afterwards, she received her Doctorate in Dental Surgery from the University at Buffalo School of Dental Medicine. Dr. Cate then completed post-doctoral training at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in the Advanced Education in General Dentistry Program. She is a member of the American Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, New York State Dental Society and Seventh District Dental Society.
Dr. Cate recently completed two years of advanced orthodontic training with the Academy of General Practitioner Orthodontics. Dr. Cate strives to deliver high-quality comprehensive dental care within the progressive and positive work environment at FLDC.
The Personal Side
Dr. Cate lives in Canandaigua with her husband, Stephen, and their three children.
