Marlies

Office Manager

Marlies is the Office Manager of our Naples location, where she brings strong leadership, organization, and a welcoming energy to both patients and team members. She joined Finger Lakes Dental Care in October 2023 after earning her Associate’s degree in Paralegal Studies from the University of Alaska, Fairbanks.

Outside the office, Marlies loves spending time with her family, tackling creative DIY projects at home, and enjoying the outdoors with her two dogs and horses. Her dedication, enthusiasm, and personal touch make her an invaluable part of our Naples team.

Kelly

Registered Dental Hygienist

Kelly has been with us full-time since 2015, after many years of working as a substitute hygienist. She has 30 years of dental experience and works for us as both a Dental Assistant and a Hygienist. Kelly enjoys spending time with her daughter (Carlee), their three dogs, (Sammie, Lucy, and Mazy), Mollie the cat, and Gus the goat! Kelly also has an identical twin, Kathy, who works in a dental office in Victor. Kelly loves to kayak, ride ATV’s, and flower gardening. Anything outdoors, she loves!

Costina

Registered Dental Hygienist

Costina became an integral part of the Finger Lakes family in 2023, bringing her expertise and passion for dental care to our community. She graduated from Valencia Community College in Orlando, Florida, in 2020 and honed her skills working in the Orlando area. In pursuit of family and new opportunities, Costina and her husband, Brendan, decided to move up north to be closer to their loved ones.
Costina's journey into dental hygiene has a profound origin in her native Romania, where she witnessed firsthand the challenges of treating rather than preventing dental issues. This sparked her dedication to preventative care, aiming to help others avoid the struggles she saw her loved ones endure.

Outside of her professional life, Costina cherishes her time with Brendan and their two adorable cats, Alex and James. An avid outdoors enthusiast, you can often find her exploring and conquering local trails, embracing the beauty of nature. Costina's commitment to both her family and her patients makes her a cherished member of our team, always ready with a warm smile and expert advice.

Erin

Registered Dental Hygienist

Erin has been a dedicated dental hygienist since earning her degree from MCC in 2012. She brings warmth and expertise to her role, helping patients feel comfortable and cared for during every visit. Erin enjoys life with her husband, Kyle, and their three spirited daughters—Emma, Ginny, and Cecilia—who keep her on her toes. They live in a cozy cabin-turned-dream-home in the woods, lovingly renovated by Kyle.

A lover of animals, Erin shares her home with two dogs, Brae and Jolene, and a quirky cat named Roah. Outside of work, she’s passionate about thrift shopping, yard sales, and relaxing at her happy place—St. Pete Beach in Florida. Erin even began her career there, gaining invaluable experience during her first dental hygiene job.

With a down-to-earth approach and a genuine passion for her craft, Erin looks forward to brightening every smile she meets!

Pam

Registered Dental Assistant

Pam has been with our office since 2004 and has over 30 years of dental experience with an impressive background that varies from oral surgery to sedation dentistry. She is CPR certified, certified by the Dental Assisting National Board, and is a member of the National Association of Dental Assistants. She attends an average of 15 to 20 hours of CE a year with a focus on orthodontics. Pam’s daughter is one semester away from having her Bachelor’s Degree at Brockport. Her son recently left the Air Force and is working for the Department of Defense in Pensacola, Florida. Pam and her husband enjoy spending time with family. Her hobbies are puzzles of any kind, making jewelry, audio books, and anything to do with vampires and zombies, as well as relaxing at her pool.

Brooke

Dental Assistant

Brooke joined Finger Lakes Dental in 2025 as a dental assistant in our Naples office. She is a skilled and compassionate dental assistant who supports both patients and dental teams in delivering exceptional care. With a strong foundation in clinical procedures and a genuine passion for helping others, she is known for her warm demeanor, attention to detail, and commitment to patient comfort. Brooke enjoys reading, being one with nature, cooking and baking sweet treats!

Clara

Dental Assistant

Clara is a dedicated Dental Assistant with years of experience helping patients feel comfortable and cared for during their visits. She joined the Finger Lakes Dental Care team in 2024 and is passionate about providing quality support to both patients and the dental team.

Originally from Dansville, Clara enjoys spending time outdoors, whether it's hiking, fishing, or soaking up the sun. When she's not at work, she loves making memories with her growing family.

Edith

Dental Assistant

With 35 years of experience in the dental field, Edith has built a diverse career that spans several roles. She began her journey as a dental assistant in 1989, gaining valuable hands-on experience before becoming licensed through MCC in 2008. Edith started at the front desk of a dental office before transitioning back into dental assisting, where she spent 11 years working in the Rochester area. In 2006, she joined Jason's team and has been working in Canandaigua since then. She has been with FLDC since 2006.

Outside of work, Edith enjoys spending time with her husband. They love camping and exploring the beauty of the state parks in their free time. Edith has two sons, Sammy and Benjamin. She grew up in Victor, NY, but has lived in Prattsburgh, NY, for the past 30 years.

Jennifer

Treatment Coordinator

With over 25 years in the medical field and 6 years of dedicated dental experience, Jennifer brings a wealth of knowledge, compassion, and professionalism to our team. Her commitment to exceptional customer service is evident in every patient interaction, and she takes pride in making sure each visit is smooth, welcoming, and stress-free.

Jennifer’s long-standing background in healthcare has shaped her empathetic approach and strong attention to detail — qualities that help our patients feel truly cared for from the moment they arrive.

Outside of the office, Jennifer enjoys spending time camping with her family and caring for their beloved pets. Her warm and friendly nature helps create the positive environment that our patients appreciate and trust.

Libby

Patient Advocate

Born and raised in Naples, Libby brings over 10 years of medical experience to her role as Patient Advocate. With a background in emergency and critical care, she’s passionate about helping patients feel informed, supported, and comfortable every step of the way—especially when it comes to their dental health.

When she’s not at the office, Libby enjoys spending time with her boyfriend Chris and their two dogs, Sophie (a German Shepherd) and Goose (a Labrador Retriever). She's a big fan of baking, true crime books, and weekend trips to local thrift stores and estate sales.

A fun local connection: her family owns The Grove Barbecue, a favorite Naples spot where great food and community come together.

Kristin Scheele-King

Registered Dental Hygienist

Kristin is a caring and experienced Registered Dental Hygienist who enjoys helping patients feel comfortable and confident during their visits. She began her dental career as a Dental Technician in the U.S. Air Force and continues to serve with the New York Air National Guard. After graduating from Monroe Community College’s Dental Hygiene program in 2000, she has dedicated herself to providing thorough, compassionate care.

Outside the office, Kristin loves spending time outdoors biking, hiking, swimming, and kayaking. She also enjoys cooking, volunteering with individuals with special needs, caring for her three dogs and two cats, and listening to her favorite Motown music.
