Dr. Ryan Mancuso is a New York native who is devoted to serving his community. He passionately pursues continuing education to provide his patients with the highest quality dental care.

Dr. Jason Tanoory

DMD, FAGD, Owner

Dr. Tanoory, or Jason as he prefers to be addressed by his patients and staff, moved to Canandaigua in 2001. After associateships in Philadelphia, PA, Rochester, NY and Penn Yan, NY, he opened Finger Lakes Dental Care in 2002.

Theresa

Office Manager

Theresa is a native of Naples with a BS degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management from SUNY Plattsburgh. Theresa comes to our office with 15 years of dental experience. Together with her dental and management background, Theresa has over 20 years of customer service and is here to help you with scheduling, maximizing your insurance or introducing you to payment options. When not at work, Theresa enjoys spending time with her husband (Ryan), two boys (Max and Finnegan) and her golden-doodle (Kona). Theresa also enjoys snowboarding, gardening and spending time with family and friends.

Kelly

Registered Dental Hygienist

Kelly has been with us full-time since 2015, after many years of working as a substitute hygienist. She has 30 years of dental experience and works for us as both a Dental Assistant and a Hygienist. Kelly enjoys spending time with her daughter (Carlee), their three dogs, (Sammie, Lucy, and Mazy), Mollie the cat, and Gus the goat! Kelly also has an identical twin, Kathy, who works in a dental office in Victor. Kelly loves to kayak, ride ATV’s, and flower gardening. Anything outdoors, she loves!

Stacey

Registered Dental Hygienist

Stacey joined Finger Lakes Dental Care in 2020. She comes to us with over four years experience in the dental field as a dental assistant (oral surgery and pediatric). While working in the field in 2018, she was accepted into the Monroe Community College Dental Hygiene Program where she graduated in May 2020. Passing all her boards, she is our newest dental hygienist working in the Naples office.

Stacey has an Associate’s Degree in liberal arts from Erie Community College and an Applied Science Degree in dental hygiene from MCC. It has been her dream to work as a dental hygienist since high school, however, teenage life had other plans and she went into the military service and became a military police officer in the United States Army. Serving her country in Alaska, Afghanistan and Fort Drum, NY. Stacey served five years in the service. When not working the road in Fort Drum she received a phlebotomy technician certificate. Stacey’s dream to become a hygienist never stopped. When she left the military service with an honorable discharge, she began her school journey to become a dental hygienist.

Stacey loves her job as a dental hygienist and loves being able to provide educational dental care to help her patients with homecare. In her spare time, Stacey enjoys hanging out with her daughter Braelynn, traveling to different states, sightseeing and being at her family cabin in the woods (80 acres), hiking, hunting, and fishing, and enjoying time with her family. Stacey has an older sister, Casey who lives in California who she has looked up to all her life. Casey has pushed her and helped her through the tough times. Stacey and Braelynn have an English bulldog named Odie and a 10 year old cat named Trigger.

Pam

Registered Dental Assistant

Pam has been with our office since 2004 and has over 30 years of dental experience with an impressive background that varies from oral surgery to sedation dentistry. She is CPR certified, certified by the Dental Assisting National Board, and is a member of the National Association of Dental Assistants. She attends an average of 15 to 20 hours of CE a year with a focus on orthodontics. Pam’s daughter is one semester away from having her Bachelor’s Degree at Brockport. Her son recently left the Air Force and is working for the Department of Defense in Pensacola, Florida. Pam and her husband enjoy spending time with family. Her hobbies are puzzles of any kind, making jewelry, audio books, and anything to do with vampires and zombies, as well as relaxing at her pool.

Taylor

Dental Assistant

Taylor is from Avoca, NY and works in our Canandaigua and Naples offices as a dental assistant. Taylor went to school at Corning Community College and received a liberal arts degree in humanities and social science. She started in the dental field under her mom as a front desk receptionist, and has been assisting for the last five. In her free time, Taylor enjoys hiking, fishing, and anything outdoors with her pups!

Jessica

Client Relations

Jess is originally from Canandaigua, NY. She currently lives in Naples, NY where she works front desk at the Naples office. She became a certified dental assistant in 2010 from the Beechnut Dental Staff Training Center in Webster, NY. She also has 12 years experience in the customer service industry. Jess will be assisting with scheduling appointments and your administrative needs. When she is not at Finger Lakes Dental Care, Jess also works at a local restaurant here in Naples as well as a local art gal

Stacy

Greetings Coordinator

Stacy moved to the Greater Canandaigua area in October of 2023 with her husband, Scott, after spending the last 14 years in Evergreen, Colorado. She grew up in Ohio and attended the University of Mount Union where she obtained her BA in Political Science. Stacy spent the past 20 years working in the insurance industry where she traveled around the country training field adjusters. In her free time she enjoys traveling, hiking, kayaking and spending time with family and friends.
