They have an excellent crew in there! My sons appointment was at 730 am. Everyone was wide awake and friendly as usual. The woman that put my sons braces on is professional, very energetic, and friendly. She doesn’t make mistakes and always explains what is going on. We love her! Dr. Jason is a beast. No games no horseplay straight to the point and professional. He will answer any questions you ask without nonsense and I like that. I am very happy they are taking care of my sons teeth.

I had been avoiding the dentist for years. I have always been scared and anxious about it. Started going to Finger Lakes Dental a few years ago and have never regretted it. I love my hygienist Kristine. In fact, I live in Canandaigua but drive to the Henrietta office just for her. She is patient and kind. Never makes me feel bad about my nervousness. Kristine, my dental hygienist, not only did an amazing job with my cleaning, but answered all my questions and made me feel right at home. So happy with the service. Christen my hygienist was great. She answered all questions, gave me helpful information about me overall dental health, and never made the process feel rushed. She was so friendly and very gentle with teeth cleaning. Office was clean and inviting. This practice took the shame and anxiety out of the dental care. Schedule my whole family for their future visits. Great local practice with a few locations if you need more times for scheduling visits. Thank you Finger Lakes Dental for a great experience.
