Pediatric Doctor Job Description

We are searching for a person to be a leader in the office that people can go to for guidance at our Victor Smiles practice. Help the office manager and team leads manage office responsibilities to improve the environment. Keep each person in the office accountable for following the core values. In addition, we are looking for a candidate to do the following:

• Provide Exceptional Care.
  • Do your best to provide the highest quality dental care you can, continually trying to get better every day.
• Develop Patient Relationships.
  • Become a patient advocate by actively listening to their wants and needs. Help our patients find trust in you as the dentist and our office as a whole.
• Maintain Licensure and CE Requirements.
  • Continually maintain NYS licensing and continuously maintain and exceed the continuing education standards that Finger Lakes Dental Care has for its doctors.
