I have a lot of anxiety surrounding dentists and this is the most comfortable I’ve ever felt at an appointment. Thorough, they take time to explain everything to you in detail so you actually understand what is going on and what needs to be done, and address any concerns you might have. I love my hygienist Kristine. In fact, I live in Canandaigua but drive to the Henrietta office just for her. She is patient and kind. Never makes me feel bad about my nervousness. They have an excellent crew in there! My sons appointment was at 730 am. Everyone was wide awake and friendly as usual. The woman that put my sons braces on is professional, very energetic, and friendly. She doesn’t make mistakes and always explains what is going on. We love her! Dr. Jason is a beast. No games no horseplay straight to the point and professional. He will answer any questions you ask without nonsense and I like that. I am very happy they are taking care of my sons teeth.
