Amy Ells, Director of Operations
Amy came to our office after completing her degree in Communications, with a concentration in Public Relations and a minor in Marketing, from SUNY Fredonia. She has been a part of the Finger Lakes Dental Care team since 2008.
You may recognize Amy from her work at the Front Desk in our Canandaigua office. Now she travels between all of our offices to help support our growing team. When Amy isn’t in the office you can find her crafting, checking out a local brewery, or spending time with her family.
Jennifer Morello, Business Manager
Jennifer has over 20 years in the dental industry as a Dental Hygienist. Currently, Jennifer is the Business Manager for Finger Lakes Dental Care and has been with the practice for 13 years.
Tiffany Rodriquez, Office Manager
Tiffany has been with Finger Lakes Dental Care since November 2019. Tiffany has over ten years of experience in management and dentistry. Tiffany has a bachelor’s degree from Niagara University in Life Science and a bachelor’s degree from SUNY Empire State in Business Management.
In her spare time, Tiffany enjoys spending time with family and friends, gardening and being outside.
Shannon Cali, Front Desk Lead
Shannon has been with Finger Lakes Dental Care since December of 2016. Shannon comes to us with over 10 years of experience in the dental field. She is certified in CPR and is a Registered Dental Assistant. She is also a member of the American Dental Assistant Association and American Association of Dental Office Managers. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family, friends and her rescued dog, Opie. She also enjoys music, gardening and the outdoors.
Laurie Rowe, Registered Dental Hygienist
Laurie came to our office in 2014 after working in the dental hygiene field since 2009. She obtained two degrees from Monroe Community College; an associate’s degree in Liberal Arts and an advanced associate’s degree in Dental Hygiene. She was then certified in anesthesia and nitrous oxide administration. She was also awarded the Johnson & Johnson Excellence in Healthcare Award. Outside of the office, Laurie enjoys spending time gardening, crocheting, reading, and spending time with her husband and two daughters.
Kara Badger, Registered Dental Hygienist
Kara started with Finger Lakes Dental Care as a Registered Dental Hygienist in 2017. Kara has been a dental hygienist since 1991. She and her husband, Tim, are both from Canandaigua. They have two sons, Merrick and Sully. Kara loves helping patients achieve their dental health goals. When not in the office she enjoys gardening, cooking and traveling in her vintage camper.
Selena Calder, Registered Dental Hygienist
Selena joined our hygiene team in January 2020. She graduated from Monroe Community College in 2016 as the youngest dental hygienist in New York State for that graduating class. She received her license to administer local and nitrous oxide anesthesia in fall 2016. Her gentle personality will automatically make you feel at ease during your dental cleaning!
Outside of work, you will most likely find Selena reading, doing yoga or spending time with her two golden retrievers.
Renee Fitzpatrick, Registered Dental Hygienist
Renee joined our hygiene team in January of 2016. She has been a dental hygienist for 24 years, living in the Buffalo and Rochester area. Renee enjoys helping and educating patients with her expertise in dental health and loves being part of a great dental team here at Finger Lakes Dental Care. Outside of work she is very busy with her three children; Josh, Julia and Brady. If Renee were able to find some spare time, she would spend it playing golf and tennis, then relaxing on the boat with her husband, Paul.
Jennifer Gensheimer, Registered Dental Hygienist
Jennifer has found her way back home to Finger Lakes Dental Care! She worked as a sub hygienist for us in 2012. She left to pursue a full-time position and maintained that position until she returned to us in November 2019. Jennifer recently expanded her certifications in anesthesia and nitrous oxide administration.
Jennifer is happily married to Richard. They have two small children, Addison and Austin. The kids keep her pretty busy, but in her free time she enjoys reading. Her favorite author is Maya Angelou. One of her favorite quotes from her is, “Do the best you can until you know better. Then when you know better, do better.”
Kari Murawski, NYS Certified Dental Assistant
Kari Murawski joined Finger Lakes Dental Care in 2017 and is our Clinical Director. She came to us with over ten years experience in the dental field. Kari started out her dental career as a sterilization tech while attending MCC where she quickly grew to cover all aspects in the clinical role as a dental assistant. Kari has her ACLS/BLS, DANB certificate and is a NYS licensed assistant. She also puts in countless hours as she continues her education. Kari loves to learn about oral surgery and all the latest dental technology.
Kari is passionate about her job and being able to provide excellent dental care to our patients. In her spare time, Kari enjoys going to her family cottage in Canada where she spends her time fishing and enjoying the outdoors. Kari has two Labrador retrievers; Chloe, a 13-year-old chocolate lab, and Rex, a 1-year-old silver lab.
Beth Alongi, NYS Certified Dental Assistant
Beth joined Finger Lakes Dental Care in February of 2020. She began working in all aspects of dentistry in 2013. She is a NYS Certified Dental Assistant, a member of the Dental Assisting National Board and is CPR certified.
Beth also holds another certification in NYS as a Licensed Massage Therapist. She has been practicing since 2004, and still works on some client’s when she’s not busy at the dental office! She received her associate’s degree in Science from Monroe Community College.
Beth is a big fan of all sports. She enjoys listening to music, cooking, nature, and spending time with family and friends. Beth and her husband, Dan, live in the country. They keep busy doing projects and updating their home and, most of all, they love spending time outdoors with their charcoal Labrador retrievers, Rowan and Angus.
Pam Buchholz, Registered Dental Assistant
Pam is one of our Dental Assistants and she has been with our office since 2004. Pam has over 30 years of dental experience with an impressive background that varies from oral surgery to sedation dentistry.
She is CPR certified, certified by the Dental Assisting National Board, and is a member of the National Association of Dental Assistants. She attends an average of 15 to 20 hours of CE a year with a focus on orthodontics.
Pam’s daughter is one semester away from having her bachelor’s degree at Brockport. Her son recently left the Air Force and is working DOD in Pensacola, Florida. Pam and her husband enjoy spending time with family. Her hobbies are puzzles of any kind, making jewelry, audiobooks that deal with vampires and zombies, and relaxing by pool.
Mariah Chisom, NYS Certified Dental Assistant
Mariah has been with Finger Lakes Dental Care since June of 2019. She is a Certified Dental Assistant with over 5 years of experience. She is CPR certified and is currently attending the Monroe Community College Dental Hygiene Program, on track to graduate in May of 2021. When Mariah isn’t working or going to school, she is busy adventuring and hiking with her dog, Kaipo.
Kalie Haight, NYS Certified Dental Assistant
Kalie has been a certified and licensed Dental Assistant since 2011.
She grew up in Fredonia, NY and graduated high school in 2010. She was the only freshman that year to get into the MCC Dental Assisting Program. Her love for dentistry came from when she was young and fell off her bike and smashed her face. Kalie needed stitches above her eye and ended up with filling in all her front teeth and a root canal and crown… Needless to say, she spent a lot of time in the dental chair!
Kalie likes to volunteer. She has volunteered her time cooking at the Ronald McDonald house in the hospital for the families there, and has volunteered for Big Brother Big Sisters of America for many years. Kalie has raised money for cancer and even cuts her hair off every few years to donate.
Kalie loves to do a lot of outdoor stuff like hiking, kayaking, rock climbing, snowmobiling, camping and ice skating. She also loves riding on roller coasters! Kalie likes going to the theater and seeing different shows and musicals. She used to participate in them at school when she was a kid.
Kalie recently decided that she would like to climb all 46 high peaks in the Adirondacks by the time she’s 30. (She already has one under her belt!)
Keila Sisson, NYS Certified Dental Assistant
Keila Sisson is a Licensed Dental Assistant with our practice. She has been in the dental field since she was 16. Keila grew up in Ecuador and has been exposed to dental knowledge all of her life. Her mother is an Orthodontist and has had her own practice for many years. Keila spent many days helping her mother in the office. In 2007, she graduated from the University of Guayaquil, achieving her title as DDS. Keila practiced as a dentist alongside her mother for some years before moving to the United States with her husband, Aaron. Upon arriving, Keila immediately got to work and soon became a Licensed Dental Assistant in the state of New York. In addition, she is BLS and ACLS certified. She has a passion for all things dental, so she will never stop aspiring for great things.
When Keila is not at the office, she enjoys spending time with her husband and her Boston Terrier, Baxter. They love the outdoors and like to take long walks, paddleboard and snowboard. She also takes time out of her weekends to volunteer in the community. Next time you are at the office, make sure you say hello!

Christine Singer, Lab Technician
Christine has over ten years of dental experience and has been working for Finger Lakes Dental Care since 2017. She currently manages the lab in our Canandaigua office.
She enjoys working with a large team and learning new and innovative ways of doing things in the office. If you have some anxiety about being at the dentist, she can help you feel more comfortable so we can work on your dental needs. When Christine isn’t working, she loves gardening, hiking, kayaking, crafting and remodeling her home! She also loves to travel and visit her family, which is spread out over four different states.

Megan Conley, Treatment Coordinator
Megan has been with Finger Lakes Dental Care since 2016. She has a bachelor’s degree from SUNY Cortland in Health Science and received her master’s degree in Acupuncture from the New York Chiropractic College. Megan will assist you in scheduling treatment and can review all the finance options we have to offer. She enjoys cooking, music, hiking and spending time with her fiancé, Adam, and doggie, Evie.
Patricia Loiacono, Treatment Coordinator
Tricia is a 2018 graduate of SUNY Oswego and earned her bachelor’s degree in Wellness Management. Tricia is very passionate about the maintenance of health and well-being, and is fascinated how oral health plays a key role in our overall health.
When Tricia is not at work, she spends her weekends waitressing at a local restaurant. She enjoys spending her free time traveling, cooking, and being with her friends and family.

Ann Hayes, Client Relations
Ann came to our office with many years of service industry experience. She completed her Cosmetology degree, which she actively pursued for 16 years. Ann has the compassion and drives to help others. She can help get you scheduled in any of our locations and answer any questions you may have. Ann is a snack enthusiast who enjoys working out and reading when not in the office.
Megan Meek, Client Relations
Megan has been with the office since 2004. Megan assists with scheduling appointments and answering other questions patients have regarding their treatment. When not at Finger Lakes Dental Care, you can find Megan with family and friends, enjoying the outdoors and doing projects around her house.
Lia Shaw, Client Relations
Lia comes to our office with 12 years of customer service experience in a variety of fields. Lia attended Keuka College and received her BS in ASL/English Interpreting. With always finding herself in a position to help others, you can find Lia at our front desk greeting patients and answering phone calls. Outside of work Lia enjoys painting, cooking, sewing and carpentry with her boyfriend Sam.
Chrissy Devey, Insurance Coordinator
Chrissy joined the Finger Lakes Dental Care team in June 2019 and is one of our insurance coordinators. She comes to us with 20 years of experience in various areas within the dental field, including Orthodontic lab tech, sterilization, and front desk. Chrissy has an AS degree in Liberal Arts and Science and a certification in basic removable appliance fabrication. Chrissy has lived in Canandaigua for five years with her two children, Breana and Evan. She also has two dogs and one cat that keeps her busy. She enjoys walking her dogs, gardening and attending summer festivals.
Nate Eveland, Insurance Coordinator
Nate joined the Finger Lakes Dental Care team in 2019 with over 15 years of customer service experience. In 2020, he became one of our insurance coordinators. He has an associate’s degree in Business Administration from Finger Lakes Community College. Nate enjoys video games, movies, music, playing sports, watching sports and going on adventures with his family.
Sally Finocchairo, Marketing Coordinator
Sally has a strong background in art and design. She earned her associate’s degree in Graphic Arts & Advertising Tech from Finger Lakes Community College, and worked as a graphic designer locally for over ten years. When Sally’s children (Samantha, Tricia and Nick) were 5 years, 2 years, and 8 months; she went back to school and pursued her dream to get certified in teaching art. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Art Education from Nazareth College and later her master’s degree in Education from Walden University. Sally is a NYS certified k-12 art educator and taught for fifteen years as an art and design instructor at the high school level.
After raising her three children, Sally resigned from teaching and returned to the private sector as a creative. As a longtime happy patient of Finger Lakes Dental Care, she jumped at the opportunity to join the team as their Marketing Coordinator back in March 2019.
Outside of work Sally enjoys spending time with her family and friends, gardening, reading and anything art related.
